TRICO Group® and UCI International today announced the sale of two of its holding companies, Airtex Products and ASC Industries to TRICO Group. The acquisition is effective immediately.
TRICO Group is privately owned by Patrick James and is based in Cleveland, Ohio. Its Companies include Trico Products, Carter Fuel Systems and AVM Industries among others. TRICO will now hold automotive industry-leading positions in Water Pumps, Fuel Systems, Wiper Systems and Gas Spring Lift Supports.
Together the combined companies will provide significant opportunities to leverage their market position.

TRICO Group® y UCI International han anunciado hoy la venta de dos de sus subsidiarias, Airtex Products y ASC Industries, a TRICO Group. La adquisición es efectiva con carácter inmediato.
TRICO Group es un grupo privado de empresas con sede en Cleveland (Ohio), cuyo propietario es Patrick James. Sus principales compañías incluyen: Trico Products, Carter Fuel Systems, y AVM Industries. TRICO tendrá ahora una posición líder en la industria de automoción en bomba de agua, sistemas de combustible, sistemas de limpiaparabrisas, y amortiguadores para portones.
